Reviews, when they are real

Every review on this site will be one that already exists on our Google Business Profile, under the name the person wrote it with, linked so you can go and check it. No stock photography with a first name attached, no rating invented to fill a gap, and no star average until there is one.

No reviews published yet

The count and the average will switch on here the moment the profile has something real in it.

Not out-worked. Out-found.

Most West Midlands businesses are not losing to better companies. They are losing to better found ones. Here is what that looks like in an account, and what changes it.

  1. The site ranks for your own name and almost nothing else

A real page for every service, in every town you cover

  2. You show up in your own town, then vanish three miles away

Local visibility made to hold across your whole service radius

  3. A rebuild or a migration quietly lost half your pages

The technical ceiling fixed first, so everything else can work

  4. Reports full of charts with no line anywhere for enquiries

Calls and enquiries at the top, rankings as a footnote

  5. Thin service pages that could belong to any firm in Britain

Pages written for your trade, your town and your customer

  6. A Google Business Profile nobody has touched in a year

That profile worked every week, because locally it is half the job

Five services, one job: make the phone ring

Start with an audit, or go straight at the part of search that is costing you most. Every service is run by the same person who scoped it.

Four steps, and you can watch all four

No black box. You get the diagnosis, the priority list and the reasoning from week one, in a board you can open any day you like.

  1. Week 1

    Diagnose

A full crawl, a look at Search Console, your Google Business Profile and the competitors beating you. We tell you what is actually wrong, not what is easiest to sell.

  2. Week 2

    Prioritise

Every fix goes on one list, ordered by revenue impact against effort. You see the plan, the reasoning and what we expect it to move.

  3. Month 1 onward

    Build

Technical fixes, pages written and shipped, profiles tightened, links earned. Work happens in sprints you can follow in your own board.

  4. Every month

    Report

One page a month: enquiries, calls, rankings that matter, what we did and what is next. Plain English, no vanity charts.

We already know how your customers search

Search behaviour in restoration looks nothing like search behaviour in dentistry. The line under each sector is the thing that actually changes the plan for it.

All industries

  • Construction Long sales cycles and project led search
  • Plumbing and Heating Map pack or nothing, plus boiler season spikes

  • Electricians Certification signals and EICR led queries
  • ABA Therapy and Healthcare YMYL rules, so expertise has to be provable
  • Dentists Treatment pages, finance queries and review weight
  • Solicitors Practice area depth and regulated wording
  • Accountants Deadline seasonality and niche by niche pages
  • Estate Agents Branch level local packs and portal competition
  • E-commerce Category depth, facets and product feed health
  • Manufacturing Technical buyers searching in specification language
  • Education Intake cycles and course level landing pages
  • Hospitality and Restaurants Profile photos, menus and near me demand
  • Automotive Make and model long tail, plus service radius

  • SaaS and Technology Problem led content and comparison queries
  • Charities Grant, donor and service user search all at once
  • Logistics and Haulage Route and depot level pages, B2B enquiry led

One region, 26 towns, no copy paste

Every location page is written for that town: its industries, its competitors, its search volume. We do not swap the city name and call it a page.

Serving Coventry and the West Midlands. We are a service area business, so there is no walk in office and no map pin pretending otherwise.

Where are you right now?

Pick the one that sounds like your business. You get the honest version of what is usually going on, and the first thing we would look at.

You are nowhere in the map pack, and the site barely ranks

It is usually the same three things. A Google Business Profile set up once and never touched again, a website with no page for the thing people actually search for, and no local links worth counting. None of that is difficult work. It is just unglamorous, so nobody has done it.

Start with Local SEO
What we would do first
  1. The profile rebuilt properly: categories, services, service area, photos
  2. A page for each service and each town, not one page trying to be both
  3. Citations cleaned up so the name and the number agree everywhere

The rankings look fine and the enquiries do not follow

Ranking for a term nobody buys from is easy to mistake for progress. So the first job is to separate the searches that bring work from the ones that bring reading, then look at what happens after the click: how the page loads on a real phone, whether the number is tappable, whether the form asks for six things when two would do.

See On-Page and Content SEO
What we would do first
  1. Keywords sorted by intent, so the effort goes where the money is
  2. The pages that already rank rewritten to answer the search properly
  3. Every enquiry path tested end to end: call, form, directions

You are paying every month and cannot tell what it is buying

That is a reporting problem before it is an SEO problem. If the monthly report opens with impressions and ends with a list of tasks, it is not telling you whether the work paid for itself. We will read the last six months against your own accounts and say plainly whether the money is working, whether or not you then move to us.

Get an SEO audit
What we would do first
  1. A second opinion on the current strategy, in writing
  2. Six months of reporting read against your own Analytics and Search Console
  3. A prioritised list of what we would do differently, and why

A new site is the easiest way to lose the rankings you have

Most of the traffic lost in a rebuild goes on launch day, to redirects nobody mapped and pages nobody noticed were missing. It is avoidable, but only beforehand. After launch you are recovering rankings rather than protecting them, and that takes months you did not budget for.

See Web Development
What we would do first
  1. Every current URL mapped to its replacement before anything goes live
  2. Content and internal links carried across, not quietly dropped
  3. Rankings and crawl errors watched daily through the first fortnight

Client words go here, once they are real

We will not write a testimonial and put a stranger's name under it. When clients give us something quotable, with permission, it appears here with their name, their business and a link you can check.

Real data needed Approved client quotes, with name, business and permission to publish.

One page a month. You will actually read it.

Reporting exists so you can decide whether to keep paying us. So it opens with enquiries, not with impressions, and it fits on one page because a report nobody finishes is a report nobody acts on.

Every figure comes out of an account in your name, so you can open it yourself and see the same number. Under the figures is the work that shipped, in plain sentences, and the one thing we are doing next. If a month went badly it says so, with what we are changing.

How long before SEO starts bringing in enquiries?

For a local service business in the West Midlands, the map pack and long tail usually move first, often inside two to three months. Competitive head terms such as a city plus service take longer, typically six to nine months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either guessing or buying links you do not want.

Do you only work with businesses in Coventry?

No. Coventry is home, and we know the area well, but we work across the whole West Midlands and the counties around it, from Birmingham and Wolverhampton to Worcester, Telford and Stratford-upon-Avon. Everything is handled remotely or on site with you, whichever suits.

What does SEO cost?

It depends on how competitive your sector is and how much ground there is to make up. Small local campaigns start lower than multi-location or e-commerce work. You get a fixed monthly figure and a scope in writing before anything starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Am I tied into a long contract?

Terms are rolling after the first three months. Three months is the minimum because technical fixes and new pages need time to be crawled, indexed and judged. After that, if the work is not paying for itself, you should be free to leave, and you are.

Will you work with one of my competitors?

Not in the same town for the same service. If we take on a plumber in Coventry, we will not take a second one in Coventry. We will tell you plainly if your sector and area are already covered.

Who actually does the work?

The person you speak to does the work, or runs it directly. Nothing is handed to an offshore content farm, and nothing is published on your site without your sign off.

Can you fix a site that has lost rankings?

Often, yes. Recovery work starts with finding the cause: a migration that lost redirects, thin or duplicated pages, a core update that favoured stronger sources, or a technical change that blocked crawling. The audit tells us which, before anyone touches the site.

Do you handle AI search as well as Google?

Yes. The same foundations that win Google answers also feed AI assistants: clear entity signals, structured data, genuine expertise on the page and citations from sources those systems trust. We cover that under answer engine and generative engine optimisation.

Why you are not ranking yet

Send us your site. We will check the technical health, your local visibility, the pages you are missing and who is beating you, then send back a prioritised list. Yours to keep, whatever you decide.
