Seven boroughs and twenty six towns, each researched on its own,
because the competitor set changes street by street around here and a
page that swaps the town name in ranks for nothing.
Automotive, manufacturing and two universities, so the radius is wide and the competition is national.

Every town, grouped the way the region works
Not alphabetically. The Black Country behaves like one market with no
clean boundaries, Warwickshire behaves like several, and knowing which
you are in changes what the work looks like.
Coventry and Warwickshire
7 towns
Automotive and manufacturing in the north, professional firms and tourism in the south, and packs that overlap all the way down the A46.
SEO in NuneatonShares its catchment with Coventry, which makes the radius question real.
SEO in RugbyLogistics corridor on the M1 and M6, with trade demand to match.
SEO in Leamington SpaGames studios, professional firms and tourism, so three different searchers.
SEO in WarwickHeritage property work and a pack that overlaps Leamington almost entirely.
SEO in KenilworthLow volume, so a single well built profile can take the pack outright.
SEO in Stratford-upon-AvonTourism and hospitality demand that swings hard with the season.
Birmingham and Solihull
3 towns
One city centre pack and dozens of suburb packs that behave nothing like it, with Solihull pulling the higher value domestic work.

SEO in SolihullHigher value domestic work and an unusually tight set of competitors.
SEO in Sutton ColdfieldDomestic work at the top end, with Birmingham firms bidding in.
The Black Country
8 towns
Four towns and a dozen centres with no clean boundary between them, which makes proximity decide more here than anywhere else in the region.
SEO in WolverhamptonBlack Country trade demand, with a pack that bleeds into Walsall and Dudley.
SEO in WalsallIndustrial estates and trade suppliers searching in specification language.
SEO in West BromwichSits between three packs, so proximity decides more here than anywhere.
SEO in DudleySpread across several town centres rather than one, which splits the pack.
SEO in StourbridgeSmall enough that review count moves the pack faster than links do.
SEO in HalesowenOverlaps Dudley and Birmingham, so one profile can cover three packs badly.
SEO in SmethwickDense, mixed commercial and residential, and very close to the Birmingham pack.
SEO in OldburyLogistics and light industrial, with searches that start on a motorway junction.
Staffordshire
3 towns
Commuter towns and distribution corridors, far enough out that Birmingham firms rarely rank and local firms often have the pack to themselves.
SEO in CannockA commuter town whose searchers often work somewhere else entirely.
SEO in TamworthDistribution led, and far enough out that Birmingham firms rarely rank.
SEO in LichfieldSmall city, tourism and professional services, low volume and high intent.
Worcestershire and Shropshire
5 towns
Manufacturing estates, agriculture adjacent trade and tourism, each with its own pack that Birmingham does not reach into.
SEO in RedditchManufacturing estates, and a pack that rarely reaches into Birmingham.
SEO in BromsgroveDomestic work spread across villages rather than one centre.
SEO in TelfordDistribution and engineering, laid out as several centres with no single pack.
SEO in KidderminsterManufacturing heritage and a catchment that reaches well into Worcestershire.
SEO in WorcesterAgriculture adjacent and tourism, with its own pack that Birmingham does not touch.
What is actually on a town page
If it could be written without knowing the town, it does not go on the page. These five things cannot.
The local economy, and who searches there
Coventry is automotive, manufacturing and two universities. Leamington is games studios and professional firms. Those are different searchers wanting different things.
Named districts, estates and roads
People search by the part of town they are in, not by the town. A page that never names one is a page written from a spreadsheet.
Which neighbouring packs it bleeds into
Halesowen overlaps Dudley and Birmingham. Nuneaton shares its catchment with Coventry. That overlap is the radius problem, and it is different in every town.
Honest competition and volume commentary
Kenilworth is low volume, so one well built profile can take the pack. Birmingham is not. Saying so is more useful than claiming every town is winnable.
A local FAQ, with local questions
The questions a Walsall trade supplier asks are not the questions a Stratford hotel asks. Same schema, different content.
Questions about working across the region
Anything not answered here, ask it on the form. You get a person, not
a sequence.
Do you actually work in these towns, or is this a list?
We work across the region from Coventry. There is no office in Telford and we are not going to pretend there is. What each town page carries is research into that town: its competitor set, its sectors and how the map pack behaves there. If you want someone who drives to you every month, say so and we will be honest about whether that suits.
Why does Coventry have more pages than Wolverhampton?
Because the search demand justifies it. Coventry and Birmingham have enough distinct volume to carry a separate page for local SEO, technical SEO, e-commerce SEO and audits. The other twenty four do not, and writing eight pages each would mean two hundred and eight pages that repeat one another. Google treats that as what it is.
My town is not on the list. Can you still help?
Almost certainly. The twenty six are where we have done the research, not a boundary. Coverage runs across Warwickshire, the West Midlands county, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and into Shropshire. Ask, and we will tell you straight whether we know your market or would be learning it on your money.
We have branches in several towns. Does that change the work?
Yes, and it is the one case where local SEO gets genuinely difficult. Each branch needs its own profile, its own page and its own reporting, or they compete with each other and all of them lose. That is multi-location SEO, and it is scoped separately.
Is a page per town not just the same page with the name swapped?
It is when it is done badly, and that is most of what you will find. Ours carry the local economy, named districts and roads, the neighbouring towns the pack bleeds into, and a local FAQ. If we cannot write something specific about a town, it does not get a page.
Tell us the town and we will tell you what it would take
Who you are competing with there, how far your radius realistically
reaches, and whether the pack is winnable. In writing, inside two
working days, whether or not you then hire us.
