Privacy notice

Short version: we collect what you send us on the enquiry form, we use it to answer you, we do not sell it to anybody, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who is collecting it

Nwestra Digital Marketing, a digital marketing agency serving Coventry and the West Midlands. We are a service area business with no public office address. You can reach us at info@nwestradigital.co.uk or 07403 641273, and either of those is also how you exercise any of the rights below.

What we collect and why

  • Your name, email, phone number and website

    To answer the enquiry you sent and, if you ask for one, to prepare your free review

    To work out which service actually fits before we quote

  • Read access to Search Console, Analytics or an ad account, where you grant it

    To run the audit you asked for. We ask for manager access, never ownership, and you can revoke it at any time

  • Pages visited on this site

    To see which pages are useful. Only if analytics is enabled, which is stated below

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your details to anybody.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired. If you want one, you have to ask.
  • We do not run a drip sequence. One reply from a person, and a follow up only if you asked for one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted once the conversation is clearly over. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards that HMRC requires for business records.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party trackers. It ships no JavaScript bundles at all, so nothing is loaded that could follow you to another site.

Confirm before launch whether analytics is being added. If it is, this section needs the tool named and a consent banner.

Where it is stored

Enquiries arrive by email and are held in our mailbox. Any accounts you grant us read access to stay yours: we never take ownership, and removing our access removes it immediately.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can:

  • Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
  • Have anything inaccurate corrected
  • Have it deleted, which we will do unless we are legally required to keep it
  • Object to us processing it, including for marketing
  • Ask for it in a portable format
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk, without going through us first

Email info@nwestradigital.co.uk and we will act within one month, which is the statutory limit.

If this notice changes materially, the change is dated here rather than made quietly.
