Real results for West Midlands businesses
Case studies, once they are genuinely ours
This page is empty and it will stay empty until a client has signed off their own figures. Below is exactly what will be in one, so you can hold the first to that standard.
Nothing published yet
Nwestra Digital is a new agency. We have not yet finished a piece of work where the client has approved their numbers for publication, and until that happens there is nothing honest to put here.
What we can do instead is show you the working. Every service page explains how the result is actually produced, which is the part a case study usually leaves out.
What will be in every one of them
Five requirements, written down before the first case study exists so we cannot quietly lower them later.
- 01
The client, named, with their permission
A sector and a town is not a case study. If the business will not be named we will not publish the numbers either, because an anonymous figure is unverifiable by definition.
- 02
The starting position, including the bad parts
What was broken, what had already been paid for, and what we got wrong in the first month. Every account has one of those.
- 03
Figures traceable to a source
Search Console, Analytics or the ad account, with the date range and the metric named. Not a percentage with no denominator, and never revenue we cannot see.
- 04
What we actually did, in order
Specific enough that a competent competitor could follow it. If the work cannot be described, it was not work.
- 05
What it cost and how long it took
Including the months where nothing moved. Timelines that start at the month things improved are the oldest trick in this industry.
And what will never appear
Four things on the left. Four things you will find on most agency sites on the right.
- A named client who agreed to be named A leading firm in the Midlands
- A metric with a source and a date range Up 340 per cent
- Logos we have written permission to show A wall of logos nobody authorised
- Reviews the client actually wrote Testimonials written in house
We will also not publish a case study in a sector where it would identify a competitor of an existing client. There are 5 broad search behaviours and some of them are small worlds.
The obvious question
Asked and answered rather than buried. An empty page here is a fair thing to ask about.
Why are there no case studies yet?
Because Nwestra Digital is new and we have not finished a piece of work we are allowed to publish in full. We would rather show you an empty page than three invented ones, which is what you will find on most agency sites of this age.
Can we see results from somewhere else then?
Ask on a call and we will share screen on a live account with the client’s permission, or walk you through what we would do with your own Search Console data. That is more use to you than a case study about a different business anyway.
How will I judge you without them?
By the free audit. It is two hours of real work on your own site, it names the actual blocker, and it tells you more about how we think than any case study would. If the audit is not good, do not hire us.
Will you show our results publicly?
Only if you say yes in writing, and you get to read the whole thing before it goes up. Plenty of clients say no and that is the end of it.
Can we speak to a current client?
Once we have clients who have agreed to it, yes, and we will put you with one in your sector rather than the happiest one on the list.
Judge us on your own site instead.
The free audit is two hours of real work on your account, and it will tell you more about whether we know what we are doing than somebody else's case study ever could.
